Drunk guest shoots dancer at UP wedding

Lucknow: A woman has been shot in the face after she stopped dancing at a wedding in Chitrakoot in Bundelkhand. According to Chitrakoot SSP Ankit Mittal the incident happened at the wedding of the gram pradhan’s daughter in which two more persons were injured. No arrests have been made so far. The dancer was admitted to Lucknow’s SGPGI in a serious condition. The incident occurred on December 1 at Tikra village. A video clip of the incident which had gone viral showed a woman dancing on stage. The woman stops dancing as the music stops apparently due to a glitch in the sound system. A man is heard saying “Goli chal jayegi (shots will be fired).” TNS
