14-year-old mentally unstable girl abducted, gangraped in Hyderabad; two arrested

Two people were arrested on Tuesday for raping a 14-year-old mentally unstable girl in Bhadradri Kothagudem district of Telangana. The girl, however, was gangraped by three people, police said, adding the third accused is absconding and a hunt to nab him is on.
