Missing cycle
Ronit Vohra
When I was 12-13 years old, I pranked one of my society friends, telling him that his cycle was stolen. I had kept it in another friend’s garage. I told him the next day that it was a prank and returned his cycle. He got really mad at me. It was hilarious!

I had a friend who was a big foodie. So we made chocolates out of mud and gifted him. He took it with a happy heart and then when he had a bite, he was about to kill all of us. This year too, I have a plan to fool someone but if I reveal, there won’t be any fun.

In the first year of college, my friends decided to travel to Churchgate to watch a movie on the 1st of April. I remember waking up early in the morning to catch a train and reaching Churchgate station for a 10 am show to know my friends were playing a prank on me.

I am too smart to fall for a prank. But even then, I never get offended if someone plays a prank with me. The person I want to fool on this April Fools’ Day would be Shubhaavi Choksey as I share a good bond with her and we are always pulling each other’s leg.

Once I did play a prank with my friend. I hid in the back seat of his car and as soon as he opened the door, I shouted at the top of my voice. He got so scared. That was fun! This year I will definitely try something new with one of my co-actors.

When I was shooting for Saath Nibhana Saathiya, I made my co-stars believe that I am passing out and then everyone ran to get water and medicines. They were so worried about me. I woke up after sometime and I laughed saying “April Fool banaya, tumko gussa aaya.”
