CBSE Class 12 Results 2019: Here is list of toppers The Central Board of Secondary Education or CBSE on Thursday declared the CBSE Class 12 Results 2019 on its official websites cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.nic.in. The Class 12 CBSE Result declaration came as a surprise move as there was a lot of speculation ever since the Class 12 exams got over.  Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora emerged as the joint toppers of the Class 12 CBSE Exams.
