Do you prefer to have a low-key lifestyle?
Yes, but I am ambitious for the work I do. I give my best to it. You can say that I am not so ambitious in the life and lifestyle which is expected of actors. I am not ambitious at going to parties and clicking selfies. I enjoy life my way.
You don’t follow anyone on social media, right?
I am not a social media person. I only use social media for my fans and I don’t like the word follow too. If I have to interact with my friends then I have their numbers, I can just call them up; I don’t need social media for that.
People notice you more for your good looks than your acting. Is it true?
It’s good that people notice my looks. The looks are the first thing that gets attention but without good acting, you can’t survive. It’s not the look but your acting that makes your path. I am giving 100 per cent to the acting part and that is what has taken me forward!
What type of role you would like to do next?
I have explored all the youth and love stories. I would like to try mythology, web series and action. I would like to play an Army man, as their personality and charisma are totally different. One of the reasons is that after my college, I wanted to join the Army.
What would you like to develop as a hobby?
I would like to learn the piano. It is something that is very soulful and attracts me. I feel something is very beautiful about it.
