Tell us what is Medically Yourrs all about and what’s your role in it?
It’s a medical web series. I play a medical student by the name Abir Basu.
You have a commerce background. Was it hard to play a medical student?
I have never been exposed to the life of a medical student. It is indeed not easy to be a part of this world where you have to strive every day to prove your worth.
We hear you have gone beyond your comfort zone. How?
I was mentally prepared as I knew what the script demanded. It was tough but then with an excellent director and co-actors helping me to give my best, it all became way easier.
You have once again taken up a youth-centric role. Why so?
Yes, I want to do youth-centric stories because I feel that there are so many problems and stories that we can explore in this genre.
What is your take on the current content in this growing digital era?
Sadly, these days what I see is that mediocrity is being celebrated, which is overshadowing good content.
What kind of roles are you looking forward to?
Good challenging roles which I haven’t worked on before.
