The scale of Dance Deewane 2 is very high and it will give the participants across three generations a chance to share a big platform, which enables them to display their passion for dance and brings the nation’s three generations together on the dance floor with a bang.
What kind of contestants will you be looking out for?
The most important thing for a dancer is soul and expression, and that is what we will be looking for in the contestants as well. I want them to come and dance their heart out.
What advice would you like to give to the aspiring dancers?
My only advice to all the contestants is to make the most of this opportunity and stay focused.
We recently saw you in Total Dhamaal. What’s you take on comedy as a genre?
For me comedy is very tough. I know it is very difficult to make viewers laugh.
Fans often call you a female superstar. What would you say about it?
My fans made me a superstar; I am still doing my best in the industry.
How would you describe your husband, Dr Sriram Nene?
He is a very simple and straightforward person. He is a perfect husband.
Who are the best directors today according to you?
Rajkumar Hirani, Anurag Kashyap, Rohit Shetty and Anand L. Rai are best directors in the industry today.
From the current lot, who do you think is a complete actress?
I think Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Anushka Sharma.
