Actor Vivek Oberoi, who recently portrayed Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his biopic, has often called himself a fan of PM Modi.

On Monday, Vivek had visited the Ganga ghat in Rishikesh and performed an aarti on the banks of the river.

Vivek shared some pictures of the magical experience.

He tweeted: "A truly magical experience! Watching #PMNarendraModi on the banks of River Ganga in Rishikesh after the evening Aarti. Thank you for all the love and blessings! Har Har Gange”.

Now, the actor has been the talk of the town for his tweets.

Vivek had also shared a meme on his Twitter which compared Lok Sabha elections 2019 exit polls to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's relationship from past to present. And within no time, he faced a backlash for the same.

He then apologised and deleted the tweet.

Meanwhile, the biopic titled 'PM Narendra Modi', helmed by Omung Kumar B has hit the theatres on May 24.
