Resident doctors on 24-hour nationwide strike against National Medical Commission Bill

Resident doctors have threatened to go on an indefinite strike on Thursday which is likely to affect healthcare services at government hospitals, including AIIMS, Safdarjung and RML in Delhi. The strike may also include withdrawal of services at emergency departments, to protest against the National Medical Commission (NMC) Bill.
