New Delhi: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Friday issued notices to four senior executives of IndiGo airline after a special audit team of the aviation regulator found safety lapses, according to sources. The DGCA carried out the audit at the IndiGo office in Gurgram on July 8 and 9, the sources said. PTI
