Former Air Force Chief BS Dhanoa’s father dies

New Delhi: Former Punjab Chief Secretary SS Dhanoa, father of Air Force ex-Chief BS Dhanoa, died following prolonged illness at Army-run Research and Referral Hospital here on Wednesday. He was 89. A Bihar-cadre 1954-batch IAS officer, SS Dhanoa, born at Dhamot near Khanna in Punjab, had also served as the Union Health Secretary. TNS
