2G mobile internet in Jammu, broadband in 'essential institutions' in Kashmir resume today, no social media

2G mobile connectivity in five districts of the Jammu region and broadband facilities to all the institutions dealing with essential services including hospitals, banks and hotels among others will be restored from today (January 15), the Jammu and Kashmir government informed on Tuesday. However, users will not be be able to access any social media sites and messaging services, said the order issued by Principal Secretary, Home, Shaleen Kabra.
