'Please banks...': Vijay Mallya again makes offer

Liquor tycoon Vijay Mallya, who is accused of owing over Rs 9,000 crore to Indian banks and challenged his extradition in a London Court, has once again asked the Indian banks to take back 100 per cent of the principal amount owed to them. Mallya made the offer at the end of his three-day British High Court appeal on Thursday.
