Nod to NHPC bid for Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Project
The National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad, has approved NHPC’s bid for the debt-ridden Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Ltd for Rs 897.50 crore under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. This is the first time that a state-run company has bagged a project under the IBC. The project will be implemented at an estimated cost of Rs 5,748.04 crore.

Indian OOH advertising set to cross Rs 10,000-crore mark
Laqshya Media Group MD Alok Jalan and chief strategy officer Sai Nagesh have said Indian out of home (OOH) advertising industry is set to touch Rs 10,000-crore valuation. In their study, they observed a total spend of Rs 5,750 crore on the outdoor industry. This number takes up about 9.3% of the total spend on the advertising industry, Nagesh said.

IIFL Finance to raise up to Rs 1,000 cr via bonds
IIFL Finance will raise up to Rs 1,000 crore via bonds for business growth and expansion. The issue will open on August 6. The bonds offer up to 10.5% yield for tenor of 69 months. It also offers 10.00% p.a. for short tenor of 15 months for the secured category. The bonds have monthly, quarterly and annual payment frequency along with zero coupon bonds.
